Cancellation policy 

I do understand that things come up and so rescheduling or cancelling your appointment is absolutely fine. However as the clinic is very busy to ensure fairness I have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you do cancel your appointment within 48 hours you may be charged the full appoinment fee. I will always try and reschedule your appointment within the same week (no fee applied) and for exceptional circumstances I am always considerate. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation as this allows me to offer appointments to others in need in good time.
